We designed and implemented the website for Polifibra, a synthetic fibre that replaces welded wire mesh in concrete. The challenge wasn't aesthetic: it was evidentiary.

Context
Polifibra is a crimped synthetic macrofibre that is mixed into concrete and replaces steel fibres and welded wire mesh. Its buyer is not a consumer: it is an engineer, a structural designer or a site manager who is answerable for a building.

The challenge
Asking someone to replace steel with plastic in something that will hold up a warehouse. No design decision wins that argument — only evidence does. The site had to carry the laboratory tests without turning into a technical document nobody finishes reading.

Our approach

The problem before the product
The page opens by showing why it exists: rusted steel fibre in a hand, a pour on site, a finished floor. First the pain the engineer recognises, then the substitution being proposed.

The tests, redrawn
We turned the client's laboratory results into six clean vector charts — load against deflection curves, with their thresholds annotated. They aren't decoration: they are the sales argument, legible on screen instead of photocopied from a report.

Application, step by step
We documented graphically how the product is mixed into concrete, so the site also answered the operational question: not just whether it works, but how it is used on site.

Real projects as proof
We structured the completed projects — warehouses, industrial parks, pedestrian areas, floors — as a section of their own. In a sector where nobody wants to be the first to try something, somebody else's building is the best argument.

The solution
A restrained industrial site, in black and amber, that lays the argument out in the order an engineer needs it: the problem, the substitution, the laboratory evidence, the application on site, and the buildings already standing.
