Context
Communication between schools and families is fragmented: overloaded WhatsApp groups, emails no one reads and paper circulars that get lost in the backpack. Coordinators lose hours repeating messages, and families lose critical context about their children. We saw the opportunity to build our own platform that would solve this chaos at the root.

The challenge
The challenge wasn't technical but one of adoption: any new tool competes against the convenience of WhatsApp. We needed a platform simple enough for a teacher to send their first announcement in minutes, and powerful enough to manage multiple channels, audiences and read receipts at an institutional scale.

Our approach

Product research and strategy
We mapped the real workflows of coordinators, teachers and families to understand where communication broke down and what would make a new tool worth adopting.

Designing a frictionless experience
We designed a behavior-centered UX: sending in a few taps, reusable templates and a unified inbox. Every decision aimed to reduce effort compared to the status quo.

Scalable multichannel architecture
We built the platform to orchestrate multiple channels (app, email, notifications) from a single place, with audience segmentation and read receipts.

AI-assisted development
We accelerated development and added AI assistance to draft and classify announcements, setting the standard for what a modern EdTech product can offer.
